WHEN he was a young boy, Mark Oliver Gebel never thought of running away from home and joining the circus.

He was already there.

Now 18, Gebel was born into a circus family.

He is the son of world famous animal trainer Gunther Gebel-Williams.

And Mark Oliver Gebel is carrying on the family tradition.

"I've really never ever wanted to do anything else," says Gebel.

"I was born in the circus, and I just couldn't think of ever doing anything else.

"I've been with the circus all my life.

The circus is my family."
