Bethany Joy Galeotti, born Bethany Joy Lenz on April 2, 1981, is an American singer, songwriter, musician, director, and actress.
She began honing her singing skills as a teenager under the guidance of the Brooklyn College Opera director. In addition to singing, Bethany played the guitar and piano and even tried her hand at songwriting. Throughout her career as a singer, she released two independent albums, "Preincarnate" and "Come on home." She is best known for her hit duet "When Stars Go Blue" and the video "Songs in My Pockets."
As a versatile artist, Galeotti has gained experience both on stage, including working with Harry Marshall and Carol King in a new musical, and collaborating with director Arthur Alan Seidelman on "The Outsiders." As an actress, she is most recognized for her roles as Michelle Bauer
